QueerFriends exists to support connection, belonging, and friendship. Members are expected to treat others with respect.

• No discrimination based on sexuality, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, or other protected traits.
• No spam, scams, deceptive activity, or unauthorized promotions.
• No sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, or illegal content.
• No doxxing, stalking, intimidation, or sharing private information without consent.

Community standard: QueerFriends is a friendship-first community. Behavior that makes members feel unsafe, targeted, exploited, or unwelcome may result in moderation action.

5. User Content

You may post, upload, share, or submit content through QueerFriends, including profile details, comments, photos, group posts, event information, and messages.

• You retain ownership of content you create.
• You grant QueerFriends a limited license to display, host, store, reproduce, and distribute your content as needed to operate the platform.
• You are responsible for the content you post, upload, share, or submit.
• You may not post content that infringes copyright, privacy rights, trademarks, or other legal rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, community standards, legal obligations, or platform safety rules.

Content standard: QueerFriends may review, hide, remove, or restrict content that creates safety concerns, violates member trust, or conflicts with the purpose of the community.

6. Groups, Events, and Member Interactions

QueerFriends may allow members to create or join groups, RSVP to events, message other members, and participate in online or offline activities.

• Members are responsible for their own decisions when meeting others online or in person.
• Event hosts are responsible for providing accurate event details.
• QueerFriends does not guarantee attendance, compatibility, safety, or outcomes from member interactions.
• Members should use caution when sharing personal information or meeting in person.

7. Safety and Moderation

We may review reports, moderate content, restrict features, suspend accounts, remove posts, or take other actions to protect members and the platform.

• Reports may be reviewed by platform administrators or moderators.
• Moderation decisions may be based on context, behavior patterns, user reports, and safety risk.
• We are not obligated to monitor all activity, but we reserve the right to act when needed.

• You retain ownership of the content you create and upload.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QueerFriends and its owners, employees, moderators, volunteers, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses related to member interactions, events, user-generated content, technical failures, third-party services, or temporary service interruptions.
